P\u00e5 Holts\u00e4ckra G\u00e5rd i V\u00e5rg\u00e5rda vill Therese Franz\u00e9n skapa en ny cirkul\u00e4r modell f\u00f6r svensk ull. I dag kastas eller br\u00e4nns stora m\u00e4ngder spillull eftersom det saknas fungerande system f\u00f6r att ta hand om den. Genom projektet Ullslingan<\/em> ska ull som tidigare varit en avfallsprodukt ist\u00e4llet bli till klimatsmart tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdsg\u00f6dsel och material f\u00f6r sociala och kreativa aktiviteter.<\/p>\n

Projektet bygger upp ett lokalt insamlingssystem d\u00e4r f\u00e5rb\u00f6nder i Sjuh\u00e4rad kan l\u00e4mna sin spillull genom en samordnad h\u00e4mtning direkt fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdarna. Ullen m\u00e4rks med QR-koder f\u00f6r sp\u00e5rbarhet och transporteras till g\u00e5rden d\u00e4r den hygieniseras och f\u00f6r\u00e4dlas till ullpellets. Pelletsen anv\u00e4nds sedan som naturlig v\u00e4xtn\u00e4ring och jordf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring i testodlingar och v\u00e4xthus. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att visa hur ull kan ers\u00e4tta importerad konstg\u00f6dsel och samtidigt bidra till b\u00e4ttre vattenh\u00e5llning i jorden och \u00f6kad motst\u00e5ndskraft mot torka.<\/p>\n

Projektet inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 en social och kreativ del d\u00e4r den finaste ullen tv\u00e4ttas och anv\u00e4nds i workshops och atelj\u00e9verksamhet. H\u00e4r vill projektet unders\u00f6ka hur ullens taktila och lugnande egenskaper kan bidra till v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende och sinnesro f\u00f6r personer med exempelvis NPF-diagnoser eller utmattningssyndrom. Arbetet sker tillsammans med deltagare och intresseorganisationer f\u00f6r att utveckla nya metoder och anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den f\u00f6r ull inom s\u00e5 kallad neurodesign.<\/p>\n

Under projektperioden ska testodlingar, laboratorieanalyser och workshops genomf\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att utv\u00e4rdera b\u00e5de g\u00f6dseleffekten och ullens sociala anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den. Resultaten ska sedan spridas genom \u00f6ppna aktiviteter, informationsmaterial och en gemensam sk\u00f6rdefest d\u00e4r deltagare, f\u00e5rb\u00f6nder och samarbetspartners m\u00f6ts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Projektet visar tydligt hur ull som idag betraktas som avfall kan g\u00f6ras till en resurs med lokal avs\u00e4ttning; ing\u00e5r p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis i en cirkularitet. Inriktningen p\u00e5 att skapa en produktionsmodell f\u00f6r sm\u00e5skalighet b\u00e4ddar f\u00f6r goda m\u00f6jligheter till spridning av resultatet till andra akt\u00f6rer och omr\u00e5den. Genom att f\u00f6rankra lokalt med flera akt\u00f6rer som redan visat intresse kan god samverkan uppst\u00e5.<\/p>\n
