Vad kan man s\u00f6ka f\u00f6r?<\/h3>\n

Ibland kan en f\u00f6rstudie beh\u00f6vas innan ett stort projekt beviljas. Det kan handla om att f\u00f6rankra id\u00e9n f\u00f6r att hitta samarbetspartners, fler finansi\u00e4rer eller f\u00f6r att bygga upp ett faktaunderlag f\u00f6r projektverksamheten. Mikrost\u00f6d kan beviljas till f\u00f6rstudier som bed\u00f6ms n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga inf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta steg.<\/p>\n

Exempel p\u00e5 aktiviteter som kan ing\u00e5 i en f\u00f6rstudie \u00e4r att bygga upp kontakter med tillt\u00e4nkta samarbetspartner, studiebes\u00f6k, att testa en ny produkt, eller g\u00f6ra en marknadsunders\u00f6kning.<\/p>\n

Projektet \u00e4r en f\u00f6rstudie som ska utreda m\u00f6jligheterna att starta en lokalt lantbrukar\u00e4gd biogasanl\u00e4ggning i Limmared, med Agrov\u00e4st som projekt\u00e4gare. Syftet \u00e4r att mobilisera lantbrukare och lokala f\u00f6retag till att samverka kring \u00e4gande, substratleveranser och finansiering. F\u00f6rstudien omfattar framtagande av aff\u00e4rsplan, underlag f\u00f6r bankl\u00e5n samt bildande av ett aktiebolag eller ekonomisk f\u00f6rening. Resultatet ska bli ett brett lokalt \u00e4gande, tydlig projektstruktur och s\u00e4krad r\u00f6trest- och gasproduktion som kan bidra till h\u00e5llbar energiomst\u00e4llning, st\u00e4rkt lantbruk och lokalt n\u00e4ringsliv<\/p>\n

Projektet 24 H AI har unders\u00f6kt hur artificiell intelligens kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att minska st\u00f6lder och \u00f6ka l\u00f6nsamheten i obemannade livsmedelsbutiker. Med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i Lockryds Livs i Svenljunga kommun har f\u00f6rstudien genomf\u00f6rts i samarbete med H\u00f6gskolan i Bor\u00e5s. Studenter har analyserat butikens utmaningar och tagit fram nio grupparbeten med olika l\u00f6sningsf\u00f6rslag. Inom projektet har \u00e4ven ett examensarbete genomf\u00f6rts och en f\u00f6rsta prototyp f\u00f6r AI-baserad kamera\u00f6vervakning utvecklats. Resultaten har v\u00e4ckt stort intresse b\u00e5de i media och hos akt\u00f6rer i branschen. Prototypen kommer att presenteras f\u00f6r Almi med ambitionen att utveckla l\u00f6sningen vidare. P\u00e5 sikt kan tekniken bidra till tryggare och mer l\u00f6nsamma obemannade butiker och d\u00e4rmed st\u00e4rka tillg\u00e5ngen till lokal service p\u00e5 landsbygden.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rstudien genomf\u00f6rdes tillsammans med tv\u00e5 skolor – en i Varberg coh en i Bor\u00e5s. Projektet MTB-\u00e4ventyret till v\u00e5rt medeltida arv har unders\u00f6kt m\u00f6jligheten att skapa cykelpaket i Herrljunga, d\u00e4r MTB-cykling kombineras med bes\u00f6k vid tre medeltida kyrkor. F\u00f6rstudien har kartlagt intresse, testat leder och identifierat samarbetspartners. F\u00f6rstudien har resulterat i en 2-dagars cykeltur som troligtvis \u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta svenska i sitt slag som Bicigrino, d vs en pilgrimsled p\u00e5 cykel.<\/p>\n

Tanken har varit att skapa en m\u00f6tesplats d\u00e4r f\u00f6retag, kommuner, f\u00f6reningar och andra akt\u00f6rer kan utforska ny teknik som AI, digitala verktyg och \u00f6ppna data. Uddebo bubblar av id\u00e9er \u2013 och f\u00f6reningen V\u00c4V – Vi \u00c4r V\u00e4veriet ville i denna f\u00f6rstudie utforska m\u00f6jligheten att skapa en helt ny m\u00f6tesplats f\u00f6r r\u00f6relse och gemenskap. Genom studiebes\u00f6k, dialoger och workshops har boende, s\u00e4rskilt barn och unga, varit med och unders\u00f6kt m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r en kl\u00e4tter- och skejthall i V\u00e4veriets stora sal. Till f\u00f6ljd av brandskyddsm\u00e4ssiga begr\u00e4nsningar st\u00f6tte man p\u00e5 of\u00f6rutsedda hinder, men trots detta formades ett f\u00f6rslag till r\u00f6relseyta i en annan del av V\u00e4veriet. Kanske inte vad man t\u00e4nkt fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan, men en m\u00f6jlighet att fundera vidare p\u00e5.\u00a0<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rstudien har syftat till att unders\u00f6ka m\u00f6jligheterna att skapa en lokal matleveranstj\u00e4nst i Svenljunga med inspiration fr\u00e5n Foodora, d\u00e4r samarbeten med lokala restauranger, ungdomar och pension\u00e4rer var t\u00e4nkt att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra ett anpassat leveranssystem f\u00f6r landsbygden. Fokus har legat p\u00e5 att utreda tekniska l\u00f6sningar och juridiska ramar f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar plattform. F\u00f6rstudien visade sig att det arbetet var mer komplext \u00e4n vad som uppskattades i ans\u00f6kan och arbetet kommer forts\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n

Inspire and Aspire \u00e4r f\u00f6retaget som under flertalet \u00e5r erbjudit \u00f6vers\u00e4ttningstj\u00e4nster och undervisning i aff\u00e4rsengelska. I detta projekt har Sarah Kristoffersen, som st\u00e5r bakom f\u00f6retaget, effektiviserat aff\u00e4rsid\u00e9n och fokuserat p\u00e5 en-till-en-coachning framf\u00f6r gruppundervisning. Nytt till f\u00f6ljd av projektet \u00e4r erbjudandet om ”Walk and talk”. Det inneb\u00e4r en kombination av att g\u00e5, utvecklas spr\u00e5kligt och ta del av vackra platser i Sjuh\u00e4rad. Inom ramen f\u00f6r projektet har Sarah arbetat med marknadsf\u00f6ring, testat aff\u00e4rsid\u00e9n och efters\u00f6kt samarbeten med andra parter.<\/p>\n

Ofta efterfr\u00e5gas n\u00e5gon form av f\u00f6rt\u00e4ring i samband med dessa, men i dagsl\u00e4get finns endast m\u00f6jlighet att f\u00f6rbereda enklare fika. Det har Hillevi och Martin Skoglund tagit reda p\u00e5 i denna f\u00f6rstudie och svaret blev ett rungande ”ja”! I f\u00f6rstudien gjordes en omfattande studie av odlingskraven f\u00f6r dessa tv\u00e5 v\u00e4xtsorter, en testodling byggdes upp och en marknadsunders\u00f6kning genomf\u00f6rdes. F\u00f6rstudien avslutades sedan med en utv\u00e4rdering av resultaten f\u00f6r att bed\u00f6ma m\u00f6jligheterna till expansion.<\/p>\n

Det var utg\u00e5ngspunkten i denna f\u00f6rstudie d\u00e4r r\u00f6relseformer s\u00e5som Autentisk R\u00f6relse, Butoh, och ekosomatik kombinerades. F\u00f6rstudien syftade till att knyta kontakter med folkh\u00f6gskolor och f\u00f6reningar som p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt har intresse av inre och yttre omst\u00e4llning. Med dessa kontakter som bas \u00e4r m\u00e5let att forma ett koncept f\u00f6r att erbjuda workshops, kurser och paket utifr\u00e5n specifika \u00f6nskem\u00e5l.<\/p>\n

Guldhov International AB \u00e4r ett f\u00f6retag i h\u00e4stbranschen som erbjuder kurser och webinarier inom h\u00e4stens hovar samtidigt som f\u00f6retaget utvecklar framtidens 3D-printade h\u00e4stsko utan spik, lim och sp\u00e4nnanordningar. Inom ramen f\u00f6r denna f\u00f6rstudie har m\u00f6jligheterna att flytta verksamhetens produktion och kompletterande tj\u00e4nster till Marks kommun unders\u00f6kts. Det har bland annat inneburit att ta fram ritningar f\u00f6r en produktionsbyggnad, identifiera finansi\u00e4rer och genomf\u00f6ra studiebes\u00f6k f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en inblick i l\u00e4mplig logistik och hur byggnader f\u00f6r effektiv h\u00e4sth\u00e5llning och produktion kan se ut.<\/p>\n
