Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet Boende p\u00e5 Dahlbog\u00e5rden \u2013 etapp 2<\/em> \u00e4r nu avslutat. Syftet var att utveckla g\u00e5rden till en \u00e4nnu mer attraktiv destination genom att komplettera pensionatet med tv\u00e5 naturn\u00e4ra bivacker och f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lla en matsal samt tre toaletter i huvudbyggnaden.<\/p>\n

Genomf\u00f6rande och resultat<\/h3>\n

Under projektets g\u00e5ng byggdes de tv\u00e5 bivackerna i skogskanten, vilket skapade unika \u00f6vernattningsm\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r g\u00e4ster som s\u00f6ker en n\u00e4ra naturupplevelse med bekv\u00e4mligheter. Matsalen och badrummen f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lldes och inreddes, vilket bidrog till en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad g\u00e4stupplevelse och ut\u00f6kade m\u00f6jligheter att ta emot bes\u00f6kare.<\/p>\n

En viktig del av projektet var \u00e4ven att skapa service f\u00f6r vandrare. De tre nya toaletterna, varav en med dusch, \u00e4r tillg\u00e4ngliga b\u00e5de f\u00f6r boende g\u00e4ster och f\u00f6r de som vandrar l\u00e4ngs den intilliggande leden. Detta g\u00f6r Dahlbog\u00e5rden till en \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre knutpunkt f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngvandrare och natur\u00e4lskare.<\/p>\n

Utmaningar och l\u00e4rdomar<\/h3>\n

Projektet st\u00f6tte p\u00e5 vissa utmaningar, bland annat f\u00f6rseningar i leveranser och ombokningar av hantverkare, men resultatet har \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffat f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna. Kombinationen av de nya boendem\u00f6jligheterna och pensionatets befintliga rum har lett till att Dahlbog\u00e5rden nu profileras som ett boutiquehotell, med ett helhetskoncept som lockat b\u00e5de g\u00e4ster, lokal media och influencers.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4sta steg<\/h3>\n

Med de nya boendem\u00f6jligheterna p\u00e5 plats forts\u00e4tter Dahlbog\u00e5rden att utvecklas. N\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r att integrera onlinebokning och bredda marknadsf\u00f6ringen f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra platsen \u00e4nnu mer tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r bes\u00f6kare som s\u00f6ker en naturn\u00e4ra och unik vistelse.<\/p>\n

Efter inkommen ans\u00f6kan och presentation i LAG, samt intervju av s\u00f6kanden har po\u00e4ngs\u00e4ttning i urvalskriterierna visat att projektet v\u00e4l st\u00e4mmer \u00f6verens med strategin. Projektet \u00e4r nyskapande, uppmuntrar diversifiering och fyller efterfr\u00e5gan om boendem\u00f6jligheter. Det finns en mognad i att vidareutveckla i samverkan med andra parter.\u00a0<\/p>\n
