Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 \u00f6vernattningsm\u00f6jligheter var stor hos Dahlbog\u00e5rden, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r gjorde man slag i saken och omvandlade det gamla s\u00e4desmagasinet till ett pensionat.<\/p>\n

Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Sedan 2018 har det bedrivits fest- och konferensverksamhet samt ett mindre g\u00e5rdscaf\u00e9 p\u00e5 Dahlbog\u00e5rden i Hol. Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 \u00f6vernattningsm\u00f6jligheter var stor, framf\u00f6rallt eftersom en stor del av verksamheten best\u00e5r av br\u00f6llop och konferenser – men ocks\u00e5 till f\u00f6ljd av n\u00e4rheten till vandringsleder som g\u00f6r att anl\u00e4ggningen \u00e4r en fin anhalt p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen. Att utveckla Dahlbog\u00e5rden med \u00f6vernattningsm\u00f6jligheter och ytterligare aktiviteter knutna till detta var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ett naturligt steg.<\/p>\n

I detta projekt satsade s\u00e5ledes Dahlbog\u00e5rden Event och Rum p\u00e5 att vidareutveckla verksamheten och omvandla g\u00e5rdens gamla s\u00e4desmagasinet till ett pensionat. Under projektet uppkom en hel del hinder – en pandemin skapade f\u00f6rseningar och och kriget i Ukraina orsakade b\u00e5de l\u00e4ngre ledtider i leveranser och att materialpriser sk\u00f6t i h\u00f6jden. F\u00f6ljden blev att kostnaderna steg avsev\u00e4rt och att ytterligare egen finansiering beh\u00f6vdes skjutas till f\u00f6r att projektet skulle kunna ros i hamn. Men – trots detta, lyckades man med imponerande driv och beslutsamhet f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lla tre hotellrum. kapacitet finns f\u00f6r 6-12 personer och rummen \u00e4r fantastiskt fint inredda med kompletta badrum och hotellstandard. Enligt projekt\u00e4garen har byggnaden blivit otroligt mycket vackrare \u00e4n vad de kunnat tro – s\u00e4kerligen bidrar det faktum att du fr\u00e5n byggnaden har utsikt \u00f6ver vidstr\u00e4ckta omgivningar och den v\u00e5tmark som anlagts p\u00e5 fastigheten.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Projektet, och det Dahlbog\u00e5rden nu kallar ”boutiquehotell”, har gjort det l\u00e4ttare att locka turister till trakten. I samband med slutrapporteringen hade nio s\u00e5 kallade influencers redan bes\u00f6kt och bott i rummen och verksamheten har p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis n\u00e5tt stor spridning tack vare det unika uttrycket – inte bara i Sverige utan \u00e4ven i Norge.<\/p>\n

Efter inkommen ans\u00f6kan och presentation i LAG, samt intervju av s\u00f6kanden har po\u00e4ngs\u00e4ttning i urvalskriterierna visat att projektet v\u00e4l st\u00e4mmer \u00f6verens med strategin. Det \u00e4r ett v\u00e4l genomt\u00e4nkt projekt med en realistisk f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan och tydliga m\u00e5l. Projektet kommer att st\u00e4rka omr\u00e5det ytterligare.\u00a0<\/p>\n
