Projektet omfattade ocks\u00e5 en utbildning i f\u00f6rsta hj\u00e4lpen, HLR och anv\u00e4ndning av hj\u00e4rtstartare tillsammans med R\u00f6da Korset. Genom satsningen har f\u00f6reningen st\u00e4rkt den lokala beredskapen och skapat b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att kunna hj\u00e4lpa till vid akuta situationer.<\/p>\n

Fyra kurstillf\u00e4llen har genomf\u00f6rts under projekttiden, deltagarna har f\u00e5tt utbildning inom olika konserveringstekniker f\u00f6r att minska matsvinnet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I S\u00e4tila har byn tagit ett stort steg f\u00f6r b\u00e5de klimat och trygghet. 40 hush\u00e5ll har utrustats med regnvattentunnor (200 L) med lock, anslutningskit och avtappningskran. Samtidigt togs ett utbildningspaket fram med information om anv\u00e4ndning, krisberedskap och reningsmetoder f\u00f6r regnvatten. Vid en gemensam tr\u00e4ff samlades deltagarna f\u00f6r utdelning, presentationer och diskussioner om hur byn aktivt kan st\u00e4rka sin resiliens mot extrem nederb\u00f6rd, torka och vattenstress. Projektet visar hur lokal kraft kan g\u00f6ra vardagen tryggare och mer h\u00e5llbar.<\/p>\n

Bygdeg\u00e5rden i \u00c4lekulla, en viktig m\u00f6tesplats f\u00f6r byns inv\u00e5nare och omkringliggande omr\u00e5den, har k\u00f6pt och installerat en hj\u00e4rtstartare. De har ocks\u00e5 genomf\u00f6rt en utbildning i hj\u00e4rt-lungr\u00e4ddning d\u00e4r 15 personer deltog. En hj\u00e4rtstartare beh\u00f6vdes nyligen d\u00e5 en person fick hj\u00e4rtstopp under en aktivitet, och genom HLR kunde livet r\u00e4ddas. Bygdeg\u00e5rden samlar regelbundet mellan 15 och 100 personer vid olika aktiviteter, vilket g\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtstartaren till en v\u00e4rdefull resurs.<\/p>\n

T\u00e5nga Heds 4H arrangerade ett kostnadsfritt ungdomsl\u00e4ger med fokus p\u00e5 krisberedskap. Under tre dagar fick deltagarna l\u00e4ra sig att laga mat p\u00e5 spritk\u00f6k, rena vatten och \u00f6va praktiska f\u00e4rdigheter med st\u00f6d av experter. L\u00e4gret kombinerade kunskap, gemenskap och ansvarstagande \u2013 och syftet var att st\u00e4rka unga inf\u00f6r framtidens utmaningar.<\/p>\n

Projektet har inkluderat ink\u00f6p av utrustning och utbildning f\u00f6r 25 personer. Projektet har bidragit till social h\u00e5llbarhet genom \u00f6kad h\u00e4lsa, trygghet och beredskap i ett omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r det tidigare saknas hj\u00e4rtstartare.<\/p>\n

Fritsla Folkets hus vill st\u00e4rka lokalbefolkningens kunskaper om krisberedskap och skapa en tryggare och mer f\u00f6rberedd gemenskap. Genom en workshop med All in Nature Sweden fick deltagarna l\u00e4ra sig hantera str\u00f6mavbrott, f\u00f6rorenat vatten och livsmedelsbrist. Workshopen kombinerade teori och praktik med moment som vattenrening, anv\u00e4ndning av gasolk\u00f6k och alternativa v\u00e4rmek\u00e4llor. Folkets hus \u00e4r en viktig m\u00f6tesplats och f\u00f6reningen ville i detta projekt ge inv\u00e5narna konkreta verktyg f\u00f6r att klara ov\u00e4ntade kriser.<\/p>\n

Equmeniakyrkan i T\u00e5storp har tagit ett viktigt initiativ f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka tryggheten och beredskapen i byn genom att installera en hj\u00e4rtstartare utomhus vid kyrkan. Projektet syftar till att ge b\u00e5de inv\u00e5nare och kyrkans m\u00e5nga bes\u00f6kare m\u00f6jlighet att snabbt agera vid hj\u00e4rtstopp och r\u00e4dda liv. D\u00e5 hj\u00e4rtstartaren nu finns monterad utomhus blir detta en v\u00e4rdefull resurs f\u00f6r hela samh\u00e4llet. Projektet har inkluderat utbildning i hj\u00e4rt-lungr\u00e4ddning (HLR), f\u00f6r att ge inv\u00e5narna livsviktig kunskap och kompetens. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att fler ska k\u00e4nna sig f\u00f6rberedda och ha verktygen att r\u00e4dda liv vid en n\u00f6dsituation.<\/p>\n

Ljushults hembygdsf\u00f6rening vill vara med och skapa ett samh\u00e4lle som \u00e4r v\u00e4l f\u00f6rberett n\u00e4r krisen kommer. I det h\u00e4r projektet anordnade de d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en aktivitetsdag som bj\u00f6d p\u00e5 kunskap, f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och id\u00e9er om hur man tacklar en eventuell kris. Dagen fylldes med aktiviteter som att t\u00e4nda eld med t\u00e4ndst\u00e5l, mala spannm\u00e5l, tillaga korngr\u00f6t, rena vatten och bli instruerad i HLR\/f\u00f6rsta hj\u00e4lpen m m. Projektet inneh\u00f6ll \u00e4ven en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning med beredskapsexperten Torbj\u00f6rn Selin som inspirerade och v\u00e4gledde i \u00e4mnet.<\/p>\n

Bygdeg\u00e5rden i Vegby \u00e4r en stor lokal som skulle kunna hj\u00e4lpa m\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor vid olika samh\u00e4llsst\u00f6rningar och kriser. Byalaget Vega Vegby ser att de skulle kunna bli en viktig resurs genom att bygga upp ett beredskapslager med utrustning som kan komma v\u00e4l till pass vid exempelvis en sn\u00f6storm som sl\u00e5r ut elf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen i n\u00e5gra dagar. I projektet har bland annat gasolk\u00f6k, vattenreningssystem, dunkar och lyktor k\u00f6pts in. En utbildning f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningens medlemmar och andra frivilliga i hur man anv\u00e4nder utrustningen och kan agera vid en kris har ocks\u00e5 ing\u00e5tt.<\/p>\n

Frivilliga radioorganisationen i Bor\u00e5s har av detta mikrost\u00f6d kunna installera basradiostationer och s\u00e4kra driften av ett krisradion\u00e4t som t\u00e4cker samtliga Sjuh\u00e4rads kommuner inklusive R\u00e4ddningstj\u00e4nsten. Krisradion\u00e4tet kan nu anv\u00e4ndas av de som kallas in i h\u00e4ndelse av samh\u00e4llsst\u00f6rning och kris och bidrar till effektiv samverkan och s\u00e4ker kommunikation. I satsningen har \u00e4ven utbildning ing\u00e5tt, i hur n\u00e4tet fungerar f\u00f6r kommunernas radiooperat\u00f6rer och tekniker fr\u00e5n den egna f\u00f6reningen.<\/p>\n

Deltagarna fick utforska lokala hot, resurser och hur gemenskapen kan bli starkare, genom f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar, gruppdiskussioner och praktiska moment om \u00f6verlevnad. Hestrafors IF \u00e4r en idrottsf\u00f6rening som har en anl\u00e4ggning d\u00e4r det r\u00f6r sig m\u00e5nga, b\u00e5de medlemmar i f\u00f6reningens verksamhet och allm\u00e4nhet som nyttjar s\u00e5v\u00e4l utegym som motionssp\u00e5r. Det beviljade mikrost\u00f6det innebar att man kunde installera en hj\u00e4rtstartare utomhus och registrera den i Sveriges Hj\u00e4rtstartarregister. Ut\u00f6ver detta fick 16 personer m\u00f6jlighet att genomg\u00e5 en HLR-utbildning.<\/p>\n

Intresset och behovet av \u00f6kad kunskap kring beredskap har under en l\u00e4ngre tid lyfts i bygden runt omkring Mollaryd. Som ett f\u00f6rsta steg att ta sig an fr\u00e5gan arrangerar Molla byalag i detta projekt en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning med Patrick Sellman f\u00f6r att samla intresserade m\u00e4nniskor. Tanken \u00e4r sedan att skapa grupper som kan arbeta vidare med fr\u00e5gorna kring s\u00e5v\u00e4l beredskap som gemenskap i form av tr\u00e4ffar \u00e4ven efter f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningen.<\/p>\n

I Str\u00e4ngsereds bygdeg\u00e5rd har man uppt\u00e4ckt att ingen hj\u00e4rtstartare som \u00e4r tillg\u00e4nglig dygnet runt finns i n\u00e4rheten. Detta ville man i detta projekt r\u00e5da bot p\u00e5, en hj\u00e4rtstartare k\u00f6ptes in, som h\u00e4nger utomhus i ett v\u00e4rmesk\u00e5p och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vi kan n\u00e5s av vem som helst, n\u00e4r som helst. F\u00f6reningens medlemmar och \u00f6vriga boende i n\u00e4romr\u00e5det har utbildas i hj\u00e4rt- och lungr\u00e4ddning f\u00f6r att kunna anv\u00e4nda hj\u00e4rtstartaren och vara v\u00e4l f\u00f6rberedda om ett hj\u00e4rtstopp skulle ske i omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n

Bredareds hembygdsf\u00f6rening har i det h\u00e4r projektet spridit kunskap om konserveringsmetoder f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa inv\u00e5narna att i st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning ta hand om och f\u00f6r\u00e4dla mat. Inom ramen f\u00f6r projektet har de genomf\u00f6rt en praktisk konserveringskurs, d\u00e4r deltagarna har l\u00e4rt sig att f\u00f6r\u00e4dla r\u00e5varor till f\u00e4rdiglagad mat som h\u00e5ller i minst tre \u00e5r. Andra metoder, som att f\u00f6rl\u00e4nga h\u00e5llbarhet p\u00e5 r\u00e5varor upp till 25 \u00e5r, samt sensorisk utv\u00e4rdering av konserverad mat i olika former har ocks\u00e5 ing\u00e5tt i kursen.<\/p>\n

R\u00f6da Korset, nationellt, har gett alla kretsar en uppgift \u2013 att sammanst\u00e4lla en handlingsplan f\u00f6r civil krisberedskap. Tranemobygdens R\u00f6da Korskrets har sin plan n\u00e4st intill klar och \u00e4r redo f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta steg. Och det \u00e4r h\u00e4r som detta projekt kommer in i bilden. Mikrost\u00f6det kommer att finansiera inneh\u00e5llet i ett antal krisv\u00e4skor – v\u00e4skor som medf\u00f6r att frivilliggrupper kan genomf\u00f6ra sitt uppdrag \u00e4ven d\u00e5 f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena inte \u00e4r optimala. V\u00e4skorna kommer exempelvis inneh\u00e5lla f\u00f6rsta hj\u00e4lpenkit, powerbank, pannlampa och batterier.<\/p>\n

Syftet med detta projekt \u00e4r att st\u00e4rka bygdeg\u00e5rden som samlingslokal i h\u00e4ndelse av kris. Detta genom att inf\u00f6rskaffa ett elverk som kan f\u00f6rs\u00f6rja exempelvis kommunikationsutrustning om annan str\u00f6m inte finns att tillg\u00e5. F\u00f6reningen kommer ocks\u00e5 att installera ett v\u00e4rmesk\u00e5p s\u00e5 att den hj\u00e4rtstartare som nyligen k\u00f6pts in kan h\u00e4ngas utanf\u00f6r d\u00f6rren och d\u00e4rmed vara tillg\u00e4nglig utan att bygdeg\u00e5rden beh\u00f6ver st\u00e5 uppl\u00e5st. Under projekttiden kommer \u00e4ven HLR-kurser att arrangeras tillsammans med R\u00f6da Korset.<\/p>\n

I medborgarhuset i Sexdrega arrangeras m\u00e5nga aktiviteter och i omr\u00e5det bor cirka 800 personer – men n\u00e5gon hj\u00e4rtstartare p\u00e5 allm\u00e4n plats fanns tidigare inte. Det har dock denna satsning \u00e4ndrat p\u00e5! Mikrost\u00f6det som beviljats har g\u00e5tt till att installera en hj\u00e4rtstartare och ett v\u00e4rmesk\u00e5p utomhus, p\u00e5 en plats \u00e5tkomlig f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga. Dessutom har HLR-utbildningar genomf\u00f6rts f\u00f6r inv\u00e5nare i byn.<\/p>\n
