Are you one of our exhibitors?

What crises should one prepare for? And how should we act when our established habits and systems do not work as intended? Even though Sweden is a safe country, there are threats to our security, and extreme weather is becoming increasingly common, disrupting our daily lives.

We at Leader Sjuhärad see that there is a great interest in preparedness issues and that it is closely linked to both self-sufficiency and outdoor life. The fair Pep & prep 2025 was a success with 2000 visitors who got to take part in the knowledge, products, and inspiration from over 60 exhibitors.

To you as an exhibitor, we offer an opportunity to:

Present your business and broaden your customer base or recruit members to your organization
Sell and market products and services
Offer lectures, activities, and workshops
Meet fair visitors from all over Sjuhärad and the surrounding area, thereby broadening your customer base
Meet other actors in preparedness and related fields for inspiration and business exchange

The fair is free of charge for both exhibitors and visitors, thanks to project funding.

exhibitor information

Date: Saturday, March 6, 2027

Cost: Free of charge for both exhibitors and visitors

Place: Åhaga, Lillåvägen 4 in Borås

Visitor hours: The fair is open to the public from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Exhibitor hours: Move-in on March 5 from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM and on March 6 from 7:00 AM – 9:15 AM
Dismantling after the fair takes place from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

Booth/exhibition: The area you have at your disposal is 3×2 m. Please inform us if you wish for a larger area, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. If you need access to electricity (220 V), walls, carpet, furniture, lighting, or other booth equipment, you can order it directly from Åhaga.

Åhaga's rules and guidelines: As an exhibitor, you need to read and follow Åhaga's rules and guidelines which you can find here.

Parking: Exhibitor parking is available just outside Åhaga. Use the Easypark or Parkster app; the first 2 hours are free.

Marketing: We promote the fair through sponsored ads on Facebook, press releases, distribution in our extensive networks, etc.

07:00 – 09:15	Move-in for exhibitors
09:15 – 09:45	Networking coffee for exhibitors
10.00	The fair opens for visitors
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM	Åhaga Bistro & Café is open. Here, lighter dishes and coffee are served.
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM	Lectures and workshops. The program will be published closer to the fair.
16.00	The fair closes. Only now can you take down your booth.
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM	Dismantling for exhibitors
