This is how it goes
From idea to application – we at the leader office coach and advise throughout the entire process, from application to final reporting.
Four steps to an application
Step 1
Get started
A successful project is based on local conditions and the driving forces that exist in the place. Therefore, start by anchoring the idea and talking to others. Is there a need for the project to be implemented?
Don't miss reading about Leader Sjuhärad's goals and areas of focus in our development strategy. An application must align with the strategy in order to be granted Leader support.
Step 2
Test the idea
It can take some time for an idea to take hold. When you start to have it ready for you, you can test it here on our website. This will give you quick feedback on whether it is something you need to think about further. You will also get an indication of what type of support suits you best.
Now is also the time for you to contact us at the leader office.
Step 3
Write the application
Depending on the type of support you are applying for, the process will be different. If you are applying for support for a larger project, the application must be written in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's system. We at the office will read the application and provide feedback, often several times, before the application is complete.
If you are looking for micro-support to carry out a smaller project, use the application form for the relevant support. The application form is emailed to us at the office, we will review it and get back with feedback before the application is complete.
Step 4
Time for decision
When the application is complete, it's time to keep your fingers crossed! The board makes decisions at regular intervals. When the meetings take place can be seen in the calendar here on the website. If you are seeking support for a larger project, you are welcome to the board meeting to tell us about your planned investment.
As soon as the decision is made, we will contact you to let you know how it went. If you are granted support, it's time to gear up - you will soon be leaving the starting blocks!
