Got micro support? Now let's go!

If your application has been granted micro-grant, it's time to move from idea to reality. This means you are contributing to rural development in Sjuhärad. Absolutely fantastic!

We are here to support you.

Have you received a positive decision? Congratulations! This page contains advice, information and templates – everything you need. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at the leader office.

Do it right from the start

From experience we know that you want to get started quickly, but it also makes it easier if you do it right from the start. Please take a look at the final report now, so that you know what will eventually be reported back. Also be sure to use our logos

In connection with some micro-support, co-financing in the form of volunteer time is required. Write down your hours continuously throughout the project period. Feel free to use our forms for time reporting.

When things don't go according to plan

Please contact us at the office if something happens that prevents the project from being implemented as planned. Also if more time is needed to implement the initiative. It is important that this contact takes place before you are making some changes.

Forms, logos and templates

Here's what you need

The templates to be used differ between different micro-supports. Therefore, make sure to choose the right one based on the micro-support that you have applied for and been granted. Please contact us at the office if you are unsure.

Use the right logos

All projects that have Leader funding must show this by using the logos that are available for download on this page. This applies to advertisements, information leaflets and websites, for example. Please contact us at the office if you are unsure when logos are required.

It is important to use the logos correctly. For example, the EU logo should be displayed at least the same size, in height or width, as the largest of any other logos on the same website, in the same brochure, etc. You can read more about the logos on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website. guidelines which exists.

Time for final report?

At the end of the project period, it is time to submit a final report. Use our template and then email it to your contact at the leader office.

Return to your application

One tip is to return to the application, it is what is stated in it that you should now respond to and report the outcome of.

In addition to the final report, copies of invoices, proof of payment and any timesheets must also be submitted.

In connection with the final report, we will schedule a telephone call with you to follow up on the results of the project.

Be careful with payment receipts

In addition to invoice copies, we also need proof of payment. You can download these from the internet bank. The proof of payment must state the following:

  • Payment date
  • Amount paid
  • Sender (which account the money was deducted from)
  • Recipient (that the payment went to the same Plusgiro, Bankgiro or account number that is on the invoice)
  • That the payment has been completed. “Immediate payment” is not considered a completed payment.
