The project included both developing the platform itself and integrating it with the existing website, to create a seamless experience for customers. In this way, Green Spaces hopes to reach new target groups, reduce dependence on retailers and contribute to increased competence in green space management.

Folkness AB has taken its concept of combined duvets and duvet covers to Europe! The international launch has included translations and copywriting for e-commerce as well as technical updates and integrations. The company has high hopes that the project will enable rapid growth, create employment and strengthen the brand's position outside of Sweden.
Lindedalen Wellness Garden Brand & Digitalization
Lindedalen Wellness Garden was granted micro-grants to develop the business digitally and reach more people. The website was updated with new and engaging content, and there are now opportunities to offer online courses in personal development and change management. The project also included skills development in marketing.
Skills development: visible online
The fact that search engine optimization is becoming increasingly important for reaching an intended target group was clear to Stolpens Staket & Grind AB. Previously, they ended up far down in the search results on Google, for example, but through the efforts in this project they managed to remedy that. The micro-support covered skills development in SEO optimization, but also training in social media marketing to better reach out with their services and products.
New website for art studio Studio Sara Em
Studio Sara Em has received support to rebuild its website from scratch! With a new, fresher design and better structure, Sara wants to make it easier for customers to find both artwork and workshops. The new site has also been linked to an external webshop for smooth online sales. The purpose of the project has been to be better visible and reach more people, both locally in Sjuhärad and nationally. Studio Sara Em hopes that the updated website will become a basis for continued development and contribute to increased sales.
Online store Trasmattor.se
In this project, a number of craftsmen in weaving have gathered their creations on a common platform – www.trasmattor.se. Their carpets are made visible on the platform – both with the aim of inspiring, but also to achieve increased sales and more orders for each member. The project also includes photographing carpets, writing texts about each unique product and creating their own profile pages for each member. In order to be able to operate the portal in the future, training in the web tool has been part of the project.

Digitize gardskassen.se
By developing and streamlining Gårdskassen's website, the company's capacity to handle a larger customer base has been increased. The investment will lead to products being brought in from more local, small-scale producers, which will contribute to increased employment for both applicants and suppliers, and a broader range of products can be offered.
Digitize – digital technology to support internal and external contacts
KAVAI is a relationship-building business network in Sjuhärad that, with a focus on gender equality, works to lift, educate and empower women through networking, lectures, training and company visits. The association's administration was both analog and burdensome - but this project fixed that. With the help of micro support, a CRM system could be implemented. A system that can not only contribute to order and structure, but also enable the board to focus on the members and the network's activities in the future.
SEO optimization of website
All in Nature Sweden offers a wide range of courses in outdoor life and survival, but reaching the target group of companies is not entirely easy. In this project, SEO optimization was therefore the focus – in order to climb higher in the search results on Google, for example. During the project period, the website and graphic profile also received an update, all to create a well-thought-out and clear line through the company's communication and offerings.
Marketing course
Emmelie Eliasson markets her business, Glimma Soulcommunity, via social media – but found it difficult to reach new customers. For this project, she therefore took a course in digital marketing to improve her skills and eventually expand the company. The course included, among other things, the basics of how to create funnels, an automated process that attracts visitors to a website.

Digitalize more – Backa loge
Backa Loge, dating back to the 17th century, is located in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve on the edge of Lake Fegen. In the idyllic setting, accommodation, a café, a party room and a range of activity packages are offered. In order to be able to connect modern booking systems to the website, a completely new platform needs to be built.
Since they are aiming high and want to get help from the West Sweden Tourist Board to reach a foreign market, the project also includes translating the website into German and English.
Digitize high & low
The value of a digital storefront became clear when Högt & Lågt was part of handlaivargarda.se, an initiative during the corona times. Making parts of the range visible on its own website where personal, committed and pleasant are the watchwords therefore became a plan that was put into practice in this project.
In addition to developing the new website, the project also included skills development in digital marketing, Adwords and keyword optimization. All to ensure the operation of the website and pave the way for opportunities to reach new and existing target groups.
Be more visible on digital media for an expanded customer base
In this project, Hälsokosten i Bollebygd AB aimed to build a stronger brand through strategic work in social channels. An analysis of the company's visibility and distribution was carried out and, together with a consultant focused on social media and branding, the marketing work was developed.
The initiative has resulted in the business's communication now having a more personal touch, which has generated an impact. It has also led to an increased number of followers on both Facebook and Instagram.
Knätte wood 2.0
In this project, Knätte Träprodukter took a step up the digitalization ladder and went from manual construction and dimensioning to making the work both more efficient and precise with the help of a CAD program.
The project's goal was to simplify product development while increasing customer benefit by offering more customized solutions. The project also led to increased employment and an opportunity to secure the company's operations for the future.

Sustainable living, creative growth
The Little Hotel in Tranemo was originally the workshop of master painter Conny Kindblom and its history stretches back a hundred years. Now there are plans to also arrange accommodation in the workshop that tinsmith Händel Svedberg built in the 1920s. In connection with this, the need to communicate a clear whole and to create a common thread in marketing became clear. This project therefore included developing a new website and an account on Instagram to reach out with both text, images and films that reflect the business. The website was also translated into English to be linked to Tripadvisor and the West Sweden Tourist Board's communication concept in both Sweden and abroad.
Mariposa Academy
To increase awareness of the right to communication support for people who use other means of communication than spoken language, Mariposa Kompetenscenter AB has been granted support to start a digital platform. The platform has now been launched and contains both membership and subscription services as well as online training where both private customers and businesses in the private and public sectors constitute the target group.
The project has included concept development, platform design, graphic profile and production of a launch film for marketing.
The digitalization journey
Corazon AB is a company that works with education and development of people, including through image therapy and yoga as well as an upcoming education in nutrition and health. Digitalization means great opportunities to reach out in a better way. In this project, they therefore focused on increasing the digital presence, including by developing the company's website and implementing a digital booking system for the course operations.
Team Madde's website
Team Madde's is a business that houses five therapists under one roof, all with their own offerings, professions and services. To minimize misunderstandings and create clarity, this project created a joint website where each person has their own space and the opportunity to profile themselves. There is also a clear connection to each therapist's booking service. The website is administered jointly and everyone has, within the framework of the project, undergone training in how the system works.
