Självsäkerhet i den digitala världen

Projektet syftar till att utveckla och lansera en kurs- och föreläsningsverksamhet som stärker människors kunskap, trygghet och självförtroende i den digitala världen. Genom att ta fram utbildningsmaterial inom bland annat internetsäkerhet, bedrägerier, digitala tjänster och återbruk av IT-utrustning ska deltagarna få verktyg att navigera säkrare i ett allt mer digitaliserat samhälle. Projektet omfattar även utveckling av ett digitalt forum där deltagare kan fortsätta att utbyta erfarenheter, råd och stöd efter utbildningstillfällena. Målet är att minska det digitala utanförskapet, öka den digitala kompetensen och skapa en ny tjänst inom den sökandes verksamhet.

Reformeriet

Projektet syftar till att utveckla verksamheten Reformeriet genom att skapa en väderskyddad och isolerad verkstadslokal för återbruk av möbler och inredning i Fristad. Genom att anpassa en del av en befintlig lada möjliggörs helårsverksamhet, bättre lagringsmöjligheter och ökad kapacitet för att renovera, förädla och sälja återbrukade produkter. Satsningen ska stärka företagets förutsättningar att växa, öka sysselsättningen och bidra till en mer cirkulär konsumtion.

Street food in the countryside – test of mobile food concept in Sjuhärad

Nordic Experience Ventures wants to test a mobile street food concept that will visit markets, association activities and other events around Sjuhärad. With a focus on small-scale cooking and local ingredients, the company wants to create new food experiences and contribute to more life and movement in the countryside. The project will also lay the foundation for long-term operations and new collaborations with local actors.

Drying house for meadow seed cultivation

In this project, Anna Arnesson Bergengren is arranging a drying house to handle her own cultivated meadow seed. With better space for drying and threshing, the work becomes smoother and the quality of the seeds is ensured. The cultivation includes several different meadow plants that will be sold on to regional seed mixes. The investment makes it possible to develop the business further with a focus on cultivation and biodiversity.

Repair Saturdays

The project aims to start recurring “Mending Saturdays” in the Factory in Fritsla, where participants can mend and re-sew clothes together. Through a pilot round of meetings, materials, guidance and documentation, the concept will be tested and developed into a service in the applicant's business. The project also includes marketing and building a website to eventually reach more participants. The goal is to create an activity that combines knowledge dissemination and sustainable consumption.

Growth force

In this project, a cut flower farm is being established with a focus on locally grown and sustainably produced flowers. By burying a water tank, rainwater from the barn roof is used to irrigate the flower beds. The farm will deliver altar flowers and decorations to the church as well as bouquets to residents in the surrounding area, with plans for self-picking in the future. The initiative lays the foundation for a business that combines flower production with biodiversity and shorter supply chains.

Productive hedge in apple orchard

The project aims to establish a productive and protective shelterbelt around a planned apple orchard on the smallholding Gunbjörntorp in Öxabäck. The shelterbelt will consist of fast-growing plants such as basket willow, which both provide shelter and promote biodiversity while being used as raw materials for crafts and sales. A central part of the project is a course in basket weaving, which will contribute to new products and business opportunities. The project also includes game fencing and is part of the transition from pasture to small-scale, agroforestry-inspired cultivation.

Paws on Tokarp

The project aims to establish a rural dog daycare in Gånghester, where dogs can stay in a safe and natural environment with forest and fields in direct proximity. The goal is to create a long-term sustainable business that offers three new services: dog daycare, a transport service called dog school shuttle and joint dog walks. Activities in the start-up phase include renovation of the playground, dog-proofing the premises, training to run a dog daycare and development of marketing.

Development of group programs to boost SGI as a pregnant self-employed person

Carolin runs an accounting firm and has seen that many female self-employed people feel insecure about finances, SGI and parental leave. In this project, she has developed a digital group program that makes it easier to understand how everything works – and how to plan smartly.

The program combines knowledge with group counseling, where participants receive concrete tools, the opportunity to ask questions, and support in making a plan for their business and finances. The goal is for more people to dare to continue investing in their businesses, even when life changes, and to feel secure in their decisions.

Raising Hulud Cultural Center to the next level

The project, which is run by Hulud Skola AB, is an investment in long-term development and growth. The project created a new website that makes the business more accessible and visible to both the public and partners. Business coaching was also included to strengthen the structure, finances and organization, which provides a stable foundation for the future, the opportunity to create new jobs and broaden the range of events. The goal is to establish Hulud Kulturhus as an open and inclusive meeting place where more people have the opportunity to experience music, culture and community.

Arborist

Simon Hult currently works with tree felling and wanted to expand the company's range of services with this venture by training as an arborist. The company now has a new position, arborist assignments, which strengthens the company to be able to carry out more assignments. The application also included an instructor training for chainsaw driving license A+B, which could not be completed due to injury. 

Start-up MJ Supply

The project has aimed to create a stable foundation for MJ Supply AB, a company in the car and facade care industry based in Kalv. With a focus on affordable and high-quality products, the company can now offer degreasing, car shampoo, paint protection and cleaning products to companies in Sjuhärad.
The support has been used to develop a graphic profile and launch an e-commerce platform. Sustainability is prioritized through environmentally friendly products and smart use of materials.

Website Ström Hansson Architecture

Ström Hansson Arkitektur invests digitally to reach new customers
and has developed a professional website in collaboration with a local web agency for this project. The site raises the company's profile, showcases reference projects and contains a blog with knowledge tips on remodeling and residential architecture. The initiative will make it easier to reach new customers and contribute to increased employment - in a tough industry where visibility is crucial.

Development of the Small Farm's operations

The project has aimed to develop the operations of Småbruket i Uddebo by establishing a food kitchen and moving to new premises in Väveriet. The project has been implemented according to plan and has now created the conditions for broadening the range with processed products such as fermented vegetables, herbal salts and marmalades. The move has also meant that the season can be extended, and it can now become a farm shop with year-round sales. 

The support has been used to purchase cold storage and kitchen equipment, develop a new graphic profile, and hold an inauguration. The project contributes to local food production, reduces food waste, and creates increased employment.

Digitization of QiBreeze

QiBreeze, based in Vårgårda, offers talk therapy and courses to promote health and well-being. Through this project, the business has been developed to reach a wider target group through web-based courses and downloadable resources such as meditations and relaxation exercises. In addition to the fact that the initiative makes it possible to offer services to more people in a flexible way, regardless of time and place, there is also a new website.

Switch up Redeemed

Redeemeds is the company whose purpose is to save clothes from the garbage heap and help people take new steps on their transition journey – for example through repair services, lectures and workshops. In this project, competence development through study visits and supervision has been in focus. Likewise, taking a holistic approach to the company's brand and digital presence – all in order to broaden the target group, reach new customers and establish new collaborations.

Start-up for Tasty Gatherings

Linda Arvidsson is behind Mindsetcoachen and has extensive experience working as a coach – primarily with private individuals as the target group. With her sights set on corporate clients, she developed the business in this project. The effort included preparing for a concept where team building is combined with a well-cooked meal – a plan that is tailored to strengthen companies and their employees. In order to reach the target group, the project also included skills development, marketing efforts and web development.

More excitement in life

Emelie Lövqvist runs the online company Mer pirr i livet, which sells digital products and services in life coaching, mental training and personal development. In this project, she took the step of also establishing the business in physical form. Concepts for workshops, retreats and coaching for both individuals and groups have been developed in the project. In addition, an investment in sales, administration and marketing.

Bumblebee window crafts

Over the years, old houses and farms have been a recurring theme in Anna Bergengren's life and in step with various renovation projects she has developed an interest in building conservation. Within the framework of this project, she therefore took the step to start her own business with a focus on window craftsmanship. The project included a vocational course in window craftsmanship, study visits to various window craftsmen for the exchange of experience and the tools required to get started.

The merger's new cozy corner

In early 2024, Johanna and Sarah's stores, Högt & Lågt and Tvärs Över Gatan, merged to operate in the same premises. In connection with this, they invested in setting aside part of the store space for a meeting place, a "cozy corner" where everyone is welcome to sit down to talk to acquaintances or have a coffee. There is also a vision of offering other companies, such as local bakeries and chocolate producers, the opportunity to have pop-up operations and sell their products in this part of the store. The micro-grant financed the purchase of furniture and interior design for the new space.

Food, exercise & nature experience – SUP at Assman

The Assman River is located close to Bröt and provides the opportunity for a unique water and nature experience. In order to develop Bröt and Väveriet as a tourist destination, and to provide additional support for a bakery, restaurant and café, this project now offers the opportunity for SUP paddling (Stand Up Paddle board). A booking service and marketing materials have also been included in the project, for an effective start in connection with the opening of the season in 2024.

Print studio

This micro-grant financed an A3 printer. This was what was needed for the second-hand shop Minimera to be able to offer a print studio with the opportunity for customers to order and buy personalized posters and gifts. The hope is that the project will contribute to a larger customer base and that in the long run the print studio can be further developed with transfer printing so that used garments can be gilded and personalized.

The magazine

Package experiences for corporate groups and private individuals, consisting of horseback riding and food – that is what Stall 27 has set its sights on. In this project, an older warehouse has therefore been transformed into a cozy place where groups can sit down to eat. The floor in the warehouse has been replaced and rustic furniture has been built from materials that were already on the farm. The project also included initiating a collaboration with a local catering company.

Development of Björnsaker

Björns verkorsen already offered vegetables and eggs for sale at Reko-ring and at markets in the surrounding area – but in this project the steps required were taken to expand the business and broaden sales to restaurants and cafes. The micro-grant has financed the construction of a mobile chicken coop so that egg production can increase, but also the efforts required to get started with a subscription service for eggs.

Safe food, safe future

Preservation and preparedness – they certainly go hand in hand! Thanks to this project, the company Mondani, which is behind the Probiobooster brand, has now broadened its operations to include freeze-dried products. Customers will be offered the opportunity to preserve and freeze-dry their own products using the company's equipment. In addition, Mondani will manufacture and sell freeze-dried meals based on its own recipes.

Marketing of veterinary activities

In connection with the start-up of a new mobile veterinary practice, Annelie Sävefjärd has developed a logo, built a website and conducted a study visit to a similar business in this project. The purpose of these activities has been to quickly build a clientele that leads to increased employment.

Pilates Online

In this venture, Borås PilatesCenter AB took the step to start offering online training. With the venture, Pilates training is now available to everyone regardless of where you live in the country. Films have been recorded for both beginners and more experienced Pilates customers. The range is varied with films between 10 and 60 minutes. In connection with the project's final report, there were no fewer than 20 videos on PilatesCenter's streaming page.

Forest Bohemia

In a log cabin in the forest outside Bollebygd is Emmelie Annie – Coaching & Yoga. In this project, the business has been expanded with a mini house on wheels for overnight stays, a patio and a meditation space.

The hope is that these new parts of the business will meet a need among people who live a fast-paced life and need time and space for recovery. The initiative has been implemented with as much recycled material as possible – for the sake of both the environment and the earth.

Launching of Storskogens källa

In Töllsjö there is a unique mineral water spring, Storskogens källa, which is the only certified mineral water spring in Västra Götaland. The spring has been unused for several years and the business has been closed down, but the new owners Anna and Magnus at Althage Collén AB now have grand plans.

In this project, the premises and equipment have been cleaned and sanitized, which has led to it now being approved for food production. A website for the company has also been launched and collaborations with local entrepreneurs have begun, as part of building a new company that produces unique mineral water.

Season extension in vegetable growing

Björkekullens Ägg & Grönt started as a small-scale vegetable farm in 2020. The future of the business is bright, but the growing zone is limiting as cultivation is only possible between May and October.

In this project, the company has therefore invested in extending the season by expanding cultivation in greenhouses. In this way, it is estimated that the harvest of early crops can be doubled and the amount of late sowings for winter harvests can increase significantly – something that will also lead to increased employment in the company.

Therese's window crafts

There is great cultural and historical value in preserving old windows, not least the knowledge of the craft. In addition, Therese saw the sustainability aspect and the great need for window craftsmen as a good basis to stand on when she was considering her future career. The project included vocational training in window renovation and basic equipment for renovating windows, as well as marketing opportunities.

Daily Rescue

Survival Cover is a comprehensive protection that, in connection with accidents, disasters and crises, can protect an injured person from both cold, wet and wind. The product consists of many built-in technical details such as a carrying system, inner blanket, hood and a warming back plate. The product can make a big difference for both patients and rescue personnel, but needed further development to reach the market.

Improvements were made in this project and, in connection with the final report of the project, a launch was aimed for in early 2023.

Tree tent Holsljunga Camping & Cafe

Holsljunga camping is a quiet, peaceful, small and family nature campsite located on the wonderful sandy beach next to Holsjön in Svenljunga municipality. Today the campsite has 40 campsites, three tent sites and three cabins. To offer additional overnight accommodation options, three tree tents, as well as sleeping bags and sleeping mats have now been purchased into the project.

The tents float above the ground and offer a unique experience that can attract many visitors, not least hikers who move with light packs along adjacent hiking trails.

Get going with Probiobooster

Mondani is a business that manufactures probiotic products, including under the brand name Probiobooster. The brand is starting to become known in Borås and the surrounding area, but now they want to invest in reaching a larger market. To succeed, competitiveness and efficiency are required - something that this project will contribute to. The project includes, among other things, building a greenhouse and planting bushes and seedlings to be able to grow raw materials for production and thereby achieve a greater margin on sales and control. The project also includes a redesign of the business's website and work on keyword optimization.

Physical vascular therapy

Within the framework of this project, Anima Friskvård invested in expanding its operations with a new service, physical vascular therapy. It is a form of treatment that increases the flow in the body's capillaries, which generates faster healing of injuries and reduces pain. In addition to offering the treatment as a service, Anima Friskvård is also a retailer of the mattress type used in the treatments.

Glamping tent Kalvs Schoolhouse

To attract more visitors to the village, Kalvs Skolhus AB has, within the framework of this project, expanded its activities with glamping. Glamping, a more luxurious form of camping with comfortably furnished tents, is a relatively new phenomenon that has gained great traction and Kalvs Skolhus sees it as a good complement to the hostel and camping sites that it has previously offered.
